  • The node will be purchased through an LLC in which all co-owners hold a membership interest proportional to their contribution.
  • No money changes hands through this form — financial commitments happen only after a personal conversation and full review of the operating agreement.
  • Members will have defined rights to use the land, a clear exit and buyout process, and voting rights on major decisions.
  • A formal operating agreement will be drafted and reviewed by all parties before any funds are collected.
